1.
For the first step, search the image from the internet to get the blueprint . Image from the front, side and back view. The important view is front and side view. Then edit that image in the photoshop to get the outline, size and clear image reference. In that process, sometimes we must crop the image to get the same size to all view. Then save the image in the file 3D max.
2.
Three methods that to use in the modelling task is setup the scene, that will make modelling more efficient together with settings that pertain to individual scenes and stages in scene development. Create the object, this method to map the image in the 3D max. This method is to stat build the model. Rendering is for the last method to use when the all model ready to display.
3.
To map the textures on model, click at material editor, diffuse map, assign the material to the object. Then the UVW Map modifier is use on the object. The setting are kept at default. An Unwrap UVW modifier is added to the stack and the UVW Unwrapper is entered. By default, the editor should be in Vertex mode. The next step is using Tool, Normal Mapping.
